PCM (The Process Communication Model) is a powerful tool that is based on human behavior. It is designed to teach us to focus on the entire communication process, not just on the content of communication. To understand how and why people communicate.
Applying The PCM model in practice allows us to more easily establish contact and improve communication and therefore the quality of our interpersonal relations.
PCM is being applied all over the world: NASA, Fortune 500 companies, small business, education, families and individuals highly appreciate adaptive communication skills.

PCM Model is created by Taibi Kahler, Ph. D. based on scientific, award-winning clinical research. It is further developed at Kahler Communication Europe.
6 Personality types

Each of us has characteristics of all six essential personality types to some extent.
THINKER – logical, responsible, organized
HARMONIZER – compassionate, sensitive, warm
REBEL – spontaneous, creative, playful
Promoter – adaptable, persuasive, charming
Imaginer – imaginative, reflective, calm
Persister – dedicated, observant, conscientious

Our personality structure is a combination of the six primary personality types and our character strengths, motivators for personal and professional success, what drives us into conflict or distress depends on it.
The first level of our condominium is the base of our personality. We’re born with it or we develop it in our early childhood. The traits of our dominant personality type remain the most pronounced for the entirety of our lives.
The other levels of our condominium allow us to assume the behavioral traits of that personality type and therefore greater flexibility in communication.
By getting to know the structure of our own selves, we gain a better understanding of ourself and our needs.
