Training Business Analysis Techniques – Hands-on Training is suggested to the professionals engaged as business analysts or doing role of business analyst and project managers in specific external or internal projects.

Training will be conducted by Divna Simeunovic, CBAP, PMP, CSPO.
Price: 270 EUR for early application until January, 31st, 300 EUR for application during February 2022
This is advanced hands-on training that will allow you to learn and practice 20+ business analysis technics online. Online tests that are used for knowledge check during training are available 30 days after training is completed.
What is the outcome
Improved BA competence
After this training you will have more skills to choose and apply proper business analysis technics in every day work. You will improve all BA competences (BA methodology, creativity, problem solving…)

You can attend the training from any location of your choice. By avoiding transportation you eliminate additional costs or energy for travelling to the classroom. The choice of meal during training days is all yours. In pandemic situation you minimize health hazard.
Professional development points
ECBA/CCBA/CBAP certificate candidates are eligible to report 21 PD hours.
Example: Complete a maximum of 35 hours of Professional development in the last 4 years is needed for CBAP certificate.
