ZMX Consulting was founded by Milena Žmiko to utilize 30 years of experience in software development, automation and telecommunication industries to help companies improve business results by selecting the best work practice, ICT tools and leadership styles for their environment. Milena Žmiko is Master of Electrical Engineering, certified Erickson Professional Coach and PCM Trainer with  strong managerial experience in leading teams that extensively communicate with external and internal clients.

We support you in KPI development and progress monitoring and we recommend competence development programs (including leadership training) for workforce and management as well as coaching.
